Contingency
The ROAM School Holiday Program involves adventurous outdoor activities. Participation in the ROAM program will likely expose participants to heat, cold, wind, and rain. Therefore, participants must wear/bring appropriate clothing for the projected weather forecast. In the event that extreme weather warnings are issued for the program dates OAC will either; rearrange the order in which the program days are delivered and/or cancel the program - either entirely or partially.

Should OAC cancel the program due to extreme weather, or for other unforeseen extenuating circumstances, participants will be fully refunded for the days that they miss out on. Should you wish to cancel please be aware of the following terms and conditions.
Notice Periods: We require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program start will incur a $88 fee. Should a cancellation occur with more than 48-hour notice a full refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy: A thirty-minute drop-off window has been built into each day of the program, should you miss this window the scheduled excursion will commence in your absence and no refund will be provided.
